"By 94, became the subject of half of ya niggas rhymes."
Get em' Hov! Jigga's Killin' it.
Re-released on DVD in 2004 "The Streets is watching" is definately a must-have for any serious hip-hops heads' video collection. Originally released in 1998, ( I had the VHS back then ) the movie chronicals Jay's epic come up through the streets to become one of the richest men in the world and disputedly the best rapper alive. The movie also features videos from his classic first slbum Reasonable Doubt as well as In My Lifetime Vol. 1. The DVD will now feature a new score along with "lost video footage." Also, featured in the new version is the movie's soundtrack with tracks from Roc-A-Fella artists like Rell, M.O.P. and Memphis Bleek in addition to DMX, Noreaga, Ja Rule and DJ Clue. Jay-Z's Streets Is Watching DVD is in stores now, go cop that!
