Check out this cat. I don't like cats, but I've always held an affinity for this type of cat. I believe they are of the Himalayan variety, with the pug face. There is something gangster about having a cat, vis-à-vis Don Corleone and Dr. Evil from Austin Powers - both men wielded extraordinary power.
Courtesy of youtube user infamouslp640's I was able to procure this new uncut funk from Dirty White featuring Lord Infamous and Kingpin Skinny Pimp. Also, we were able to elicit some leaks from the sequel to the Koopsta Knicca classic LP, "Da Devil's Playground" - the new one entitled "Da Devil's Playground 2" I'm shivering in my Wallabees as I write this because this shit is so spooky. muuaaahhhh! This is the type of shit you bump on Halloween, kiddies.
Enzo Postin Trick or treat, trick or treat, I'm going for a trick or treat, stangin like a bumble bee wit my forty-five g-l-o-c-k hay.
I haven't forgotten my homie Crunchy Black, formerly of the 36 Mafia. Crunchy is widely regarded as one of the most prolific emcees in the rap game. That last sentence was written in jest, for all my kniccas who were lost in the sarcasm. However, Crunchy is arguably the most prolific hype man, gangster walking, gun-toting thug to ever enter the rap game. Crunchy deserves major props for his loyalty to the HCP since its inception. God only knows how much work and dirt CB put in, in the name of HCP. For many 36 Mafia fans out there, the last straw came when he left the clique - most staunch supporters of 36 eventually turned their backs on them in disgust when CB dipped. Crunchy was the last relic of the truly devilish era of 36. I put together a little compilation of Crunchy for all hard hitters and Crunchy minions.
Back when Crunchy still rode with the 6
Enzo on the Post Don't get mad when you get hit in the head with that brick!
Chrome aka Chrome Corleone entered the fray known as Hypnotize Camp Posse shortly after Lil Wyte and Frayser Boy and proceeded to live up to the gold standard that the Hypnotize Minds continually show and prove. His aptly titled first album, "Straight to the Pros" is another thorough manifesto under the 36 Mafia/Hypotize Minds conglomerate. Word on the streets is he's got another LP in the pipeline. Check out some old junts, then check out the new ones maddafackkls!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And check out the new junts off of "Project Landlord"
I was first introduced to Playa G after interviewing the Memphis/College Park veteran and legend T-Rock. T-Rock shared with me some of his inspirations and Playa G happened to be the only one who I wasn't familiar with previously. Playa G's first CD, Pimp Sh*t is a very rare and out of print remnant of that old school Memphis sound. He is perhaps the utter encapsulation of Memphis in hits heyday, back when DJ Paul and Juicy J were just local cats making underground tapes (editor's note: "Pimp Shit" was released in 1996, Paul and Juice were well entrenched in the rap scene by this time). Some of you may have heard his voice grace the Kingpin Skinny Pimp, "Midnight Hoes" track on the King of Da Playaz Ball cd. Playa G interweaves his music with that G-Funk style popularized by the west coast in the Death Row era. At any rate Playa G deserves to be immortalized in the annals of Memphis gangsta/pimp rap history. And ode to Playa G.
I haven't finished turning it out properly enough yet. It's time to throw in some more pimp inspired cinematic vignettes.
Pretty Toney's Philosophy
Ghostface Killah flexin his skills on the song "Wisdom Body" from the purple tape, otherwise known as Raekwon's magnum opus: Only Built 4 Cuban Linx
Pretty Toney gets peeled for one of his bitches by the newly crowned player of the year at the International Player's Ball, up-and-coming Goldie. Take note on how smooth Goldie's rap is to Pretty Toney. "We can be gentleman or we can get into sum gangster shit, its all on you homey" Young players and macks, relax and take notes, while we here at Pimpin Pens take tokes of the indo smoke.
I got inspired by Kingpin Skinny Pimp the last few days and thought about putting a little amalgam of Skinny compositions. I've also been catching up on my blaxploitation pimp flicks such as, The Mack, and Willie Dynamite - fueling me with and endless stream of sum pimp themed ammunition. Check it foolios!

Enzo on the Post You best 2 believe b4 they lay me they gotta pay me
Trae the Truth, Bun B, and Lil Keke drop cold shit on this remake of old school DJ Screw style funk. The H-Town is still in full effect for the 08 with potent dopeness like this. Swallow this razor!
Enzo on the Post Parents pleeease watch out for your children!
"This gang bangin shit aint nothing to play with, me and Snoop Dogg just made it look easy..." While the GAMES' "Doctor's Advocate" was by far his hardest record, including the fucking basket of mixtapes released over the years, "LAX Files" turned out to be pretty dope as well. The left coast pyru delivers some joints worthy of firing some evergreen spliffies to or dodging duis down US-1. Whatever your vice, fix, or poising the impala dodger caters to the intoxication quite nicely. (Although I did get pretty buck of his last effort as well.) As a nice little kicker to the album, a plethora of different styles and cadences are demonstrated from GAME courtesy of the slew of appearances and features. The man through Nas, Rae, Common, and Ludacris verses up in there, nice! Oh yea, Ice Cube provides a hook on the hard hitting "State of Emergency", guess Cube's taking time away from filming family comedies to try his hand at bangin again, (bring us another triple x Cube). And there's another particular guest spot I found odd, hmm, no it wasn't the spoken word intro/outro from DMX (wtf?), oh yea, motherfucking Lil Weezy Wee jumps on yet another hook, again. For the dipshits out there an element of sarcasm was used in the previous statement. Before I go ape on the over saturated Wayne guest spot movement, let me divert the necessary attention to the really tight junts in this piece.
The Kanye produced "Angel" feat Common is most definitely a banger. Ye brings some smooth sounds and crisp bass lines while GAME and Common contribute their fair share of leaky dust metaphors to the mix, sweet. The Scott Storch produced "Let Us Live" feat Chrissette Michelle (which was actually a divergence from his usual Storchy steelo, thank god) brings a breath of fresh air as GAME comes with a sharpened flow that seemed to have been mentored by Nas, reinforced by the line "...who I sound like don't ask me that's my nigga we classy...". Michelle kills it on the hook too with her classic jazzy chorus'. Some other stand out junts include the Hi-Tek produced "Letter to the King" feat Nas, as somber thoughts and melancholy descriptions fit perfectly over a laid back harmonious Hi-Tek cut, perfect for smoking with your bitch fellas! And of course this next cut right here with Raekwon is a true banger, equipped with that grime gutter rap, cocaine flow, superb word choice and wu recognition. Put your alligator jackets down for this shit:
The GAME feat Raekwon the Chef Diesel: "Bulletproof Diaries"
That bass-line is so dope...
In conclusion, GAME comes with another solid full length to add to his collection of bang talking crafts. Considered somewhat of a hybrid between the golden era NY rap flowers and the gangrap CA rap slangers, GAME continues to prove he won't entirely succumb to the faux and ringtone scandals plaguing this once unique form of music.
Peep the Track-list, fully equipped with bangin guest spots: 1. Intro (Feat. DMX) 2. LAX Files 3. State of Emergency (Feat. Ice Cube) 4. Bulletproof Diaries (Feat. Raekwon) 5. My Life (Feat. Lil Wayne) 6. Money 7. Cali Sunshine (Feat. Bilal) 8. Ya Heard (Feat. Ludacris) 9. Hard Liquor (Interlude) 10. House Of Pain 11. Gentleman’s Affair (Feat. Ne-Yo) 12. Let Us Live (Feat. Chrisette Michelle) 13. Touchdown (Feat. Raheem DaVaughn) 14. Angel (Feat. Common) 15. Never Can Say Goodbye (Feat. Latoiya Williams) 16. Dope Boys (Feat. Travis Barker) 17. Game’s Pain (Feat.Keyshia Cole) 18. Letter to the King (Feat. Nas) 19. Outro (Feat. DMX)

Close call T-Barks, pimpin' salute to you and A.M.
OH YES WE DID! The wee sized individual posted up to the left of the extraordinary, immaculate text your bloodshot eyes are gazing upon is none other than the famous Musafar. Idolized by many Middle Eastern and Indian watering holes, and more recently the world wide wackytube (good looks faf!), this harlem-shaking-bboy-deformidget is taking the perennial globe by storm. A very teeny globe but nonetheless. Astoundingly mastering the pelvic thrust with a stunning supporting cast of banging bangledesh broads, mighty Musafar recently picked up a sidekick who seems to be some sort of distant cousin to Mr. Fantastic, as hilariously seen in the following second clip. Together this dynamic duo is touring the eastern hemisphere coining spectacular moves on the dance floor such as the "punjabi propeller" and the "bollywood beak". Recent reports and accounts have them rummaging through desert hoar houses with pockets full of hash, damn call me up fellas!
So naturally, Pimpin' Pens had to put the nation down with such a true pimp, Musafar:
Musafar courting the ladies before laying down the pipe!
Musafar and his twirling boy defying gravity with the b-side buenavista social club in the background< lol!
Bonus-Bonus-Bonus Bitches! This Indian chick is smoking son!
Vordul AKA Megallah or Vordul Mega is back with another banger from the hell scorned streets of Harlem NYC. The other half of the shadowy underground, gargantuan group Cannibal Ox and official member of the Atoms Family, this emcee has been overlooked by the mainstream for quite some time and now returns heavily with an ultra-gritty, true to life odyssey of the savage struggles in the mean streets where "they give metal to beasts," trapped in the apple that's rotten. Raw lyricism unfolds as Vordul eviscerates the tracks with scissor tongue precision. With a fine ensemble of beats from an array of producers like El-P, Sid Roams, and Bronze Nazareth and guest appearances by Billy Woods of SuperChron Flight Brothers, Karniege, Tommy Gunn (of Monsta Island Czars) and of course the mighty Vast Aire, the album is a montage of militant battle raps and bloody ya face music sure to please any fan of Can Ox and or the Def Jux scene in general. El-P recently announced that the duo will collide once again on Def Jux for a sequel to Cannibal Ox's "The Cold Vein." (Not sure when though...) In the interim enjoy some of the new joints from MegaGraphitti and a bountiful blend of audio artillery from the Can Ox kin.
A few singles off the album...
BONUS SELECTIONS:
Cannibal Ox - The F Word (RJD2 Remix)
Cannibal Ox - Iron Galaxy
Company Flow - 8 steps to perfection
Production Credits: Zach One (tracks 1 & 15), Opto (2), Bond (3, 5 & 8), DJ Marmaduke (4 & 12), Bronze Nazareth (6), Lex Boogie (7), Sid Roams (9), Armyfatigue (10), Ravage (11), El-P (13) and Essex Dogs (14).
